I visited Thornham Cottage for a short stop-over and was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful garden area and comfortable room with tea and coffee-making facilities. the en-suite shower room was a highlight, with a hair dryer and bath sheets provided. the full English breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am grateful for the warm hospitality of Val and Derek. Thornham Cottage is truly a gem in the English countryside.
